Bus
KATE Airport Bus: ¥2,800. 90–110 min. Slightly cheaper than Haruka but slower. Useful if accommodation is in central Kyoto rather than near Kyoto Station.
Nankai + JR (Cheapest)
Nankai Rapi:t to Namba (¥1,430) + JR/Keihan to Kyoto (~¥560–740) = ~¥2,000–2,200 total. 90 min with connections. Budget option requiring two transfers with luggage.
